About the Owners
Andrew and Samantha met while attending Johnson and Wales University. In 2015 they moved up to Maine where they eventually tied the knot and started a family. With a strong desire to open a restaurant as well as be closer to family, they moved back to Sam’s hometown of Plymouth. They are excited to share their vision with you and hope you introduce yourself when you are in.
About the Restaurant
The Artisan Pig was founded in 2019 as a retail sausage company selling at Maine farmer’s markets. With the success of the markets, combined with Andrew and Samantha’s desire to open a restaurant, The Artisan Pig was born. The Artisan Pig features wood fired pizza, artisan sausages, craft beers, and fine wines. We are committed to quality and are excited to serve you.
